Our primary areas
of focus are:
Teaching Compassionate Communication, based upon our understanding of Dr. Marshall Rosenberg's extraordinary model, Nonviolent Communication, a language of peace and compassion.
Presentations and discussions about environmental consciousness and planetary concerns, with a current emphasis on global warming.

Lori Grace and Scott Catamas, two of our Core Team Teachers, trained
with Al Gore at the Climate Project in Nashville. Sunrise Center is
dedicated to helping people understand global warming, its
implications for us all, what we can do to slow it down, and how to
have fun and save money doing so.
Leading nature hikes
on select Bay Area trails with a focus on deepening our spiritual
connection with nature and our sense of community with one another.
Lectures and classes focusing on healthy aging and rejuvenation, using nutraceuticals, bioidentical hormones, and healthy lifestyle strategies.
Presentations and discussions in select areas of social consciousness with a focus at this time on election integrity and voting machine concerns.
Providing lovely, affordable, meeting space — daytime, evenings, and weekends, for your own meetings, classes, workshops, and lectures.
