Celebrating Spirit in Nature: Inspired Hikes, Hot Tubbing & Potluck

Join us for a day of magnificent hiking as we enjoy the sweet blessings of nature. We meditate, sing, pray and learn nature Tantra. Optional hot tubbing, potluck dinner and great fellowship will follow our hikes. These are fabulous fun days, a great way to meet people and explore the beauty of nature. Wear appropriate shoes, bring a water bottle and be physically fit. If planning to stay for dinner or a tub after the hike, please bring a healthful potluck dish to share and towel for the hot tub (swimsuit optional).

Upper Cataract Falls Trail Hike
Bubbling streams and leafy forest trails, dappled in sunlight and shade, a vast green meadow spotted with wildflowers of every hue, sweeping spectacular views. We hike the Upper Cataract Trail on Mount Tam to enjoy these sweet blessings of Nature. We will take time to meditate, pray, and play creatively before returning home for a hot tub and potluck (optional).

A Fabulous Walk around Phoenix, Bon Tempe or Lagunitas Lake
When we meet as a group, we will decide which group best meets all of our needs. All of the trails are relatively flat, but the mileage varies between two miles to about four and a half miles. Whichever lake we choose, we will get to enjoy amazing views of our beautiful lakes and mountains, birdlife, wildflowers and grassy meadows. We will also take time to connect with Mother Earth through meditation, prayer and sensory awareness exercises. Bring a potluck dish and a towel for our evening after our hike.

• Once there are five participants and the hike is assured, registration will continue to be accepted until the start of the hike by registering with Lori directly on Saturday or Sunday. (The office is closed on weekends.) |
